Absolutely NO....between the nearby freeway access ramps and two lane roads running along the side of this property, this is a nightmare in the making. C.B.O.S needs to wake up.

The lack of the proper environmental regulations being implemented is disturbing.

We live in fragile, fire prone habitat. This development would be dangerous to the area.

Not a good fit for keeping safe environments for close by Large Residential areas.

My concerns are the same as stated continually by close by communities and MANY individuals living close by the projected facility on Mesa Rock Rd. I don't want to suffer health problems due to this facility that under no circumstances should be put in a residential area.

This project is too close to homes, and threatens our communities and most important is very bad for our health. Fire hazard ,and Environmental report should have been completed. If you were in our shoes, I doubt you would approve it. Please stop this heavy industrial plant close to our home and our young children.

This is not appropriate! Heavy industrial plant doesn't belong here at all.

Certainly a better choice of location could be found for a business of this type. Further away from major areas of densely populated communities.

Please stop this project. It is too close to homes and threatens our health. An Environmental report should have been completed. If you lived here I doubt you would approve it.

Stop! we have a lot of new houses complexes built around the plant. It’s not save, you will jeopardize residents’ health, and have a lot of law suits
