This project was started many years ago when the population of the area was much lower. Today hundreds of new homes are being built within 1 mile of the project, new affordable homes have been approved directly across the highway and there are many more existing residents with underlying respiratory issues living in the area. The noise and air quality standards are not being met with this increased population growth. Planning Commissioners and County Supervisors stop this project.

Let's call it 132 assaults on our community's peace. And then there's a big hole in the ground to look at forever.

This project needs to meet standards for environmental protection and safety for the impacted communities. It does not and should be stopped.

This facility does not belong in a residential area close to homes. It is a health and fire hazard for our families! Please stop NCER Project!

There will be too much noise, dust, pollution from concrete crushing and grinding six days a week. These will cause health effects on local residents caused by silica dust (silicosis). There is also increased fire danger in an area that already struggles. I do not agree with the monitoring as neighbors would have to monitor for violations.

Wrong location for this facility. Will hurt property values for residential areas surrounding.

This is an inappropriate place for this business. People bought there for the peacefulness. It will cause too much traffic, noise and dust.

To proceed with this project would have a deeply negative impact on a substantial number of communities and so is totally unacceptable.
