Please help keep our lovely area Free from the pollution this project would cause. Respect the countryside, the general plan, and especially the people who chose this peaceful area as home.

In the year 2020, environmental awareness in residential communities is at a well-informed level. An entrepreneur seeking to install a construction debris and wood recycling facility in the midst of residential areas needs to be aware of this and seek a more appropriate location. The project applicant ignores or dismisses issues such as noise, dust, and fire hazards with insufficient analysis of specific scenarios, lack of modern monitoring facilities, and inconsistent definitions of capacity and modes of operation. This project does not qualify for approval.

Please do not approve the Mesa Rock Concrete Crushing project without preparation of an Environmental Impact Report as citizens in communities surrounding the project site have clearly identified numerous project specific environmental risks which have still not been adequately addressed by either the County or the project proponent. Thank you.

Not appropriate business for residential areas just to south and the north. Just too close to residential homes.

This is continued abusive planning by the Board of Supervisors and their apparatchik of developer tainted bureaucrats preying on homeowners. Fight like your lives are in danger. . .because they are.

This project should be denied. The fire danger, dust, noise, and a huge increase in traffic by large trucks is not acceptable. The “proposed” amount to be recycled is a rediculously smaller amount than makes sense to invest in to develop this plant. The CEQA 15183 is an end around to being honest about the size and negative impact of the project.

This type of plant should not be permitted anywhere near a residential area.

No site specific EIR has been provided for this industrial project which is dropped right in the middle of several densely populated residential communities. The increased fire risk in a high fire hazard area and the air and noise pollution increase are unjustified threats to residents.

As a physician the amount of debri thrown into the air can severely impact the health of people with underlying medical conditions including those with lung diseases. Given that so many people live close to the proposed facility and that their health potentially could be severely impacted, I am against the facility.

Please stop this disaster. I moved to this location specifically to leave a home that had noise and air pollution at great personal expense. Please don’t let that be for nothing.

I am appalled this was appoved when the public is so vehemently against this. Seems the only one who wants this is the developer....no one else. I thought our city managers are in place to support and advocate for their constituents....not developers. Very shameful behavior from the city.

I am most concerned about the fire danger this causes. Please consider not allowing this plant to be opened.
