Meat-Free Thursdays need to end. As paying customers of the canteen, us meat eaters (the majority), deserve to have the option of meat every day. We understand the perspective of the vegetarian on why this would be a good idea but if we wanted to stop eating meat we would eat the vegetarian option. Forcing it on us is not going to convince us that it is a good idea, it is just going to disgruntle the students of Rankin, leading to a higher influx of takeaway meals which both wastes our money and the food served in the canteen.
