Ms Sakos and Ms Galvin have no clue when it comes to Restaurant Culture and small business. Just sprinkle some fairy dust on it and it will all be ok. They obviously did not listen to anything we said two years ago when they tried the same stunt. Stop taxing and spending and actually learn how to manage things. We are so very disappointed:(.

I would think the council members we elected could actually use their heads for once instead of always looking to the easy way out by taxing the food service industry. I have witnessed many good food est. closing their doors over the recent years and this only makes it harder on the rest. Please use some creative thinking instead of the old standard.

Food cost has already gone up 5.3 %....adding to that with a new meals business would not be able to absorb that.
