NO!!! Those of us who live in Palos Verdes Estates (directly across the street from proposed project) are at the mercy of one-way in/one-way out road. In the event of wildfire, accidents on I-15, and the heavy evening commute North on I-15, we are already dealing with a heavily trafficked Old Hwy 395 at the I-15 interchange, risking entry and exit to our homes. The LAST thing we need is more traffic at this intersection, coming and going from a truck stop and all that would include, especially with vehicle speeds on the southbound 395 decline over I-15. Please don't ruin the little-bit that remains of rural San Diego County!

This is dangerous for safety, fire egress from surrounding neighborhood, and property value decrease.

Those of us who live here don't want this! There's a station at 76/395 (which has severed us for the longest) and the new cicke K at deer springs & 395.
395 & Palos Verdes does NOT need a station

Unless this truck stop comes with free earplugs, a lifetime supply of Febreze, and traffic fairies to clear my commute, I’m gonna have to pass. I signed because I prefer my coffee without diesel fumes and my nights without the soothing lullaby of air brakes. Save the neighborhood, not the 24-hour hot dog roller.

The property is an arroyo with limited access and egress. The off ramp at Old Hwy 395 is already a dangerous stop as cars traveling south and cars pulling onto the Old Hwy either going south or north are at the mercy of speeders coming from either direction. Besides that, there should be habitant protected areas and respect for the rural circadian rythems of life. Dark skies at night. The Palomar observatory recommends lights our at night.Light pollution, Noise pollution

Does anyone know that when the truckers sleep in the trucks overnight, that they leave the truck running all night to keep it warm?. That will cause an astronomical droning sound. This needs to be put up there near Temecula in an area where they can be hidden. No two story, gas station or restaurant.. That harms the view of the mountain ranges from the freeway.

We do not need another truck stop in the neighborhood. There is already one off of 76/15.

NO! Not needed there and crime will spiral out of control! Bad idea and bad location! Might as well put it at a location where there are already known monitored problems...... Arco frontage at Twin Oaks Valley Road exit!
