Kev parker a residential fisherman discovered this gruesome massacre of over 50 smoothound on a slipway near his boats mooring this has caused outrage across the counrty and sadly this isnt a one off its happening all over our english coast and rivers caused by mindless people wanting to save a buck its horrendous that a high percentage are young fish to.
