mcMansions do one thing they destroy the look and feel of a vintage modest neighborhood just the sheer proportions that they try to cram into a small lot are overbearing sometimes to neighboring homes with little to none ....concern about the neighborhood or surrounding areas

Stop trashing the planet in the name of greed and vanity. I hope the mansion falls off a cliff. Also whomever is commissioning this should be Publicly Beheaded For Starters. Human Garbage.

It's so annoying to see a mini mansion towering over a neighbors home . Completely eliminating all privacy and ruins the character of the neighborhood !!

We do not need another oversized 'McMansion' disaster in our neighborhood like the newest Weidlake houses. Please only allow contractors to build something that the existing infrastructure can handle and in keeping with the rest of the neighborhood.

There always needs to be a balance, The green space helps keep the Dell area 10 degrees cooler than the area below Franklin. Bigger is not better and who really needs 5000-10,000 share feet to live in.

There is far too much over/development of the hills which need to be protected. I am ashamed of Los Angeles for it's lax in enforcement of really simple common sense guild lines

I feel this kind of construction practices and style should be stopped by the city. Developers seem to always act with impunity and get away with too much.

The City council members have chanted for years that they are hampered because developers have rights "by law." Who passes those laws? The City council members.
