Do you remember the first time when you were a child and heard a fire truck at close range because you were standing on the sidewalk with your mom? What did you do? The rumble from hot rods affects my heart. My neighbors idle theirs for long periods of time. The cop I talked to said they can do whatever they want in their driveway. Maddening. We have a noise ordinance for a reason. I want peace

If the cops have shot spotters, there is no reason for them not to take action and stop the loud cars at once!
