I am signing this, although I think it is difficult to enforce. It is a problem on my street which is a first responder street, so cars sometimes go very fast. Also don't get me started about motercycles without mufflers.

I have called the police (non emergency number) many times. They've been very responsive.

Way to show some initiative Fred! I have some experience with preparing noise impact evaluations for CEQA (Environmental Impact Reports) and would be glad to help if I can.

look I want everyone to have their rights but so do I NOT to be abused by music that shakes my home, I am disabled, need to rest some days and many time I am shook outta bed or woken suddenly because of it, WE JUST NEED A LITTLE RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER, and the damage done by the wheel burning vehicles is outrageous, they seem to not give a damn about the community they live in....need to do ...oh here comes the boom boom boom yet again.....thank you..
