Now, the UKBA is threatening to send Lodi back to Lebanon, where she may die for being a lesbian engaged to another woman.
As an appeal to the UKBA, King's College LGBT Society are setting up a petition to get as many signatures as possible before the 26th March, 2013, to show that Lodi has mass support and interest from UK Citizens.
We need the UKBA to see that Lodi deserves a life as an open and free citizen in the UK, as opposed to a life overshadowed by the death penalty in Lebanon.

This is completely wrong. Sending someone back to be killed is not what this country should be doing.
heartbroken reading this. no one should have to fear for their life because of who they love. please let her stay.
Human rights matter. Let them stay together. Keep Lodi safe.
She has been here 5 years! How can they just tear her away from her life and her fiancé. Shame on the home office.

The government needs to wake up. Sending a gay woman back to a place where she faces death is basically signing her death warrant. Do the right thing.
