Stop Llantrisant War Memorial From Being Erected On The Bull Ring

well I am horrified with the thaught of any changes to the Bull Ring,its a magical spot and oozes the personality and breath taking historic facts of Sir William Price and of course the Bull Ring is a story of its own,Please leave bullring as it is,I would welcome a memorial in the area but please in a more realistic location xx

The castle green would definitely be the preferred location for the new war memorial due to its more spacious and peaceful surroundings.

The Castle Green is in my opinion the perfect site for the memorial.
Please please do not allow the bull ring and streets that lead off it such as Heol y sarn where I live to become any more congested and dangerous.
I am also bitterly disappointed that having attended and supported the fundraising events for the memorial that no mention has been made until now of it being on the bull ring.

I've lived in llantrisant for over 28 years,whilst a war memorial would be great,I do not think the bullring is a suitable place,I concur that the castle would be a more enjoyable and appropriate place for the proposed memorial.

I think the green is a much better, more respectful site for the memorial. It is quiet and a more appropriate place for the message such a memorial carries.

I believe that the memorial should be erected on the green not on the bull ring as this is already a congested area

Having visited the battlefield cemeteries of WW1 and found them places of peaceful remembrance & tranquillity I feel the Castle Green would be far more appropriate than the more commercial area of the Bullring.

LLANTRISANT CASTLE GREEN IS SIMPLY THE ONLY FEASIBLE SITE FOR THE MEMORIAL ,,,,IT WOULD BE A LUDICROUS AND CRASS DECISION TO PLACE IN THE BULLRING!!!

Castle Green is the better location for the Town's War Memorial. A place where "Legions" may pay their respect in peace and quiet contemplation away from traffic.
