The bull ring is no place for a war memorial, the castle green is a far more peaceful and suitable location.

The Bullring area is already cluttered and, to my mind, an eyesore. Consideration should be given to improving, not worsening the aesthetic/use of the town centre.

The Castle a Green us a better site for a war memorial. LeVe Dr Price's statue where it is.

As a former resident of Llantrisant and a regular visitor I believe tat he positioning of a War Memorial in the Bull Ring would be TERRIBLY WRONG.There is enough going on there already. The Castle Green would be an ideal site

Hoping common sense prevails here absolutely daft idea to put it in the bull ring with how cluttered it already is and how bad traffic can be through there

Both our children were born when we lived in Llantrisant. We have wonderful memories of Festivals in the Bull Ring and its unique appearance and atmosphere. Castle Green seems a better option.

Childhood memories of llantrisant town festivals would be ruined forever, why would people want to remove it!

It would be a shame to remove the existing statue of Dr wm Price which is a significant landmark to the town. I agree a war memorial would be better sited ,on the castle green.

To replace the statue of Dr Price which is unique to the town would be a backward step. I think the castle green would be an ideal site for a war memorial.

I can understand that people want the war memorial to be seen but the Bullring is all ready full. The castle green would be a lovely, contemplative spot for the war memorial. It's much used and would be a suitable place for services.

I support the situation of the war memorial on the Castle Green rather than the Bull Ring which has the iconic statue of Dr Price in prime position. The war memorial is much more suitable elsewhere in Llantrisant as it would detract from the aesthetical and historical centre of the Bull Ring.
