We were scammed in 2016 for over $35,000, still making payments to them every month for another 6 years. Would love to get my money back.

Last year i went to one of my five home resort no VIP bad room bad air con. They told me life styles bought out my company and i needed to pay them thousands of dollars to be in there club. I told them i had paid 10,000 dollars and they needed to follow the contract that i had with me, I had very bad none vip vacation complained made phone calls nothing resort workers told me and my DR wife many grumpy customers. we needto do class action on life styles

Most likely they did not give you their real names at that (Which they did to me) We should talk more, and like I posted in this group today, we need an official place where we can talk and access each other quicker. Brothers and sisters I have my own personal corrupt story with Lifestyle Holiday. They are also funded by Barclays, and some other banks. It is all a scheme. I believe there is strength in numbers! I have my own experience and can explain how I have fought back thus far. I think if we had more of us on the same accord we could do some damage. I got scam for purchase the share of the Gradeur Lifestyle Club member share. How can I lawsuit them and claim back my loss?

I am wondering if this club is the same club as the Luxury lifestyle vacation club, because it appears to share the same false promises and services.

I also experienced to never get the unit that I was promised. when arrived my room was never ready or cleaned up, furniture was broken. They changed the name 3 times and couldn't find my contract. -Oasis resort -Believe resort -Lifestyle resort

I too was promised and rooms were unavailable. Also they promised 7 gold bracelets at the time and only have 4 written in the contract. Very disappointed with quality of resort.

Yes, we got fooled too. Back in 2017 we paid 3500.00. They are sneaky people to deal with. Would love to get my money back.

I signed a Chairman Circle contract on 12/31/2020. About an hour later after the signing of the contract, I wanted to null the contract and was told that I can not cancel it. I asked about cancelation policy during discussion before signing and was never given an answer about it. I wanted to get out of the contract because the sales person told me they were doing a soft credit check on my credit as I di not want them to pull my credit. They lied to me. They did a hard inquiry and this prompted me to go back within an hour of signing the contract to get it nullified and was told by the manager in charge of sells that I can not cancel this contract. I need help with this as I would not be able to fulfill the payments that are due to beging in October of this year.

In 2017 I got scammed for $10500, $7000 of which I paid upfront and the rest I'm financing. The money was taken from my child's college savings. I've been depressed ever since that trip and I know I will never be back to DR. I feel guilty and ashamed that I let myself get manipulated like that. Please people let's join in our outrage to crash them!

I became a member 4 years ago and they do nothing to help you at all. i worked with a guy and got screwed over and he was fired and they wont honor what he told us.

I would be interested in seeing this fraudulent company have to pay back for the lifestyle they stole from me.
