Too much to list. What is crazy is that I was blatantly scammed and there is nothing I can do about it. Even the lawsuits people have put against them has led nowhere and are just costly

I have spent 30k, was completely lied to and totally ripped off! It costs me more to vacation as a member than if I were to look online, AI deals to their resorts, including airfare for 749.00 per person per week! I want to sue to get my money back!

On the third day that I came out of my hypnotism I realize the scam. I email to cancel my contract and emidiatelly I got a call back I cannot cancel and if I do they will charge me 4 thousand plus extra of what we use as VIP. I keep sending email and all I get is herrasing call trying to intimidate. This week I will call them and will get the Domincan News Telemundo and NBC news to investigate them on not paying taxes. Here is information https://dominicanosennoticia.com/2019/04/09/dgii-investiga-comportamiento-tributario-de-empresas-en-puerto-plata/

They don't do what they agree to when they sell you a package. They promise to buy your time share and then back out of it once they get you to sign. The sells people will agree and tell you anything to get you to sign. I am retired and live on a fixed income. If I would have known they were not going to buy my timeshare I would not have purchased a package. They waited until we got back to the USA to tell us they would not purchase are timeshare. Plus they told us when we first signed we would get a golf cart every time we used are package.

I joined in 2/17. Trying to book properties is impossible always filled. Even when asked, okay then what do you have available. We can't give out that information. Just one of many complaints and haven't been anywhere since buying in 2017. If someone knows how long these people have been doing this and getting away with it. Lets put a stop on people getting ripped off.

My husband and I were scammed on our honeymoon back in October. Just in a month we were told rooms were not available when we tried to sell a room on airbnb. I traded in my other timeshare but they are still taking automatic payments because my old account is still open even after the DR told me it would be gone since I upgraded with them. They charged me 27,000 when I thought it was 13,500 they opened up a credit card without my knowledge for 12,500 of it with interest at 29% and that payment alone is almost 450 a month then I owe them 105.00 and still my old one they didnt transfer of another 150.00 a month. We have to put a stop to this. Has anyone had any luck with filing a lawsuit. Help!

Paid off membership and upgraded services because they promised more benefits. That turned out to be a lie as well

Got duped into signing a contract that was too good to be true. After numerous no's to the salesman he provided me resort prices which were in the end not truthful. Staying in a 1 bedroom for 299 for all resorts which was a lie. Caught us before lunch and proceeded to show us around and liquored us up in the end so that we would be more willing to sign a contract. They offered to buy our current timeshare which in the end was also a lie according to numerous internet reviews. After signing I had a strange gut feeling like I was lied to. Pulled up their info and everything was different from what he told us. They got us to sign a credit card for the full 15k that was required to join their club. No interest for first 6 months and 15 months no interest from chase after that. The 6 months was truthful, but the 15 months was not. Showed us a info sheet with 15 months no interest that was time stamped from 2015. I tried to cancel and they provided the cancellation info on a CD-rom which is deceptive since no one could readily access it. I tried to cancel on the 4th day as stated and they tried to charge us 13k to cancel because we were upgraded to VIP status. Over 2k a night for the room and numerous other charges. They said since I wanted to get a lawyer involved I would have to pull out the money in cash which sounded ridiculous. I fought the prices and over and an hour later a manager offered to work with me. They said they would put our membership on the market and upgrade it from a penthouse to a villa so it would be sold quicker. If sold which sounded like it was pretty easy to do we would be responsible for no payment to them. In the mean time to offer us this good deal they said we had to sign a non disclosure which sounded ridiculous. Due to the offer and the heated exchange we signed it. I did speak with them for over an hour over the phone and have most of the conversation recorded which I was on handset for part of the conversation. I decided not to cancel bu

I can attest to the lies of the salespeople from this place. It's on their veins, it's their culture... They lie, deceive and trick you as many times it takes to sell you on a new membership or upgrade membership. I have been lied to on ALL of the times I've gone by different people and different places (Puerto Plata, Punta Cana and Cancun). This last time I asked the sales manager for his business card or contact info multiple times and every time gave me an excuse. The last thing they want is for you to contact them after they've lied to you. THIS SCAM HAS TO STOP!
