LHVC commits fraud by material misrepresentations and omissions in their sales process. As many others have stated, they typically overbook and do not have the "desirable properties" available as promised.

We bought in 2012. We were able to use our membership when we lived in the DR because we called directly. Since leaving the island we can not get anyone to return emails or phone calls. We would like to be part of a lawsuit.

Scam. Took my money. First time using a week were affected a broken down crown villa with rotten and broken furniture. Golf cart was dangerous to operate. Seat came off and my passenger ended up on the motor.

I signed up in Summer 2017 and have never been able to use the benefits and was given a lot of false promises. So much money to have a membership with other affiliates to exchange my week in another country besides the DR. I would love to be a part of this class action suite!

I just signed up for 2 year term and, due to COVID situation have not been able to use it. I asked to cancel and they did not do it. I feel scammed as well.

We just refused to pay and took the hit on my credit score. They are criminals. There is a class action lawsuit led by Angel Lockward in the DR.

Yes we were victims of pressured sale tactics and outrageous expenses when we tried to get out of the deal the next day. It was a nightmare that I could barely even think about for months. We have never used what we bought and probably never well. I would never feel safe there. They even had access to our emails and knew we were questioning our decisions.
