I also was told I could cancel for a % at the signing. I wrote it down on my paperwork then was told I could not. It took me a long and hard time to book my first trip coming up in March. The all inclusive has gone up to $100 a person from $70 before we even used it. We are spending $2000 for a long weekend on top of the $30,000 we gave them last year at signing. All feels wrong.

They don't give what they promise and have no regard for their own contract. I'm afraid of what I face when I arrive there. You should be looking forward to a vacation not fear it.

They lied about buying our Outer Banks timeshare. I thought it was part of the contract, but it was all a big lie.

Lifestyle lied to us. They said they would purchase our existing timeshare in exchange for their timeshare. They do not buy timeshares. They take your money and put you in contact with third party who also does not buy timeshares. The third party puts you in contact with fourth party to “maybe” purchase timeshare for even more money. This is a sleight-of-hand scam. We feel very sad as hard working older people to have been stolen from. We would be happy if they returned our money.

We bought in 2017, none of the promises were true. Add us to the list.

Many lies during sales pitch, read the contract more closely that night and submitted cancellation request the very next day. Have video and audio recordings of being lied to and locked in a room when trying to submit the cancellation to the legal department. Had to involve CESTUR (tourism police). Still fighting for refund.

The promise to transfer all of my Marriott timeshare properties and points, mortgages and maintenance fees out of my name was a lie. I was referred to TimesharesOnly to sell my properties with mortgages. The loss I would have to take on them is ridiculous. Total misrepresentation of the deal agreed upon.
