I bought a membership in the Bahamas and regretted it almost immediately. I wasn't able to get my money back and the service falls way below expectations. Actually, there is no service at all and the contact number for the agent who worked there no longer works. If you are exploring it, keep away. I purchased one of the higher tier packages and nothing works as it should. I was told about discount flights, discount hotels and properties around the world. All sales not facts. Keep away from this company unless you're trying to screw a sizable loss.

Upon signing up, there is a 4-day initial window to cancel. They didn't explain this to me until after the 4-day window expired (have the documents). They also tried to open an international credit card without my knowledge.

Me and my bf went to the DR in June 2024 and got tied to them by their persistent recruitment of visitors just trying to enjoy their vacation. We went on a tour while drinking free drinks they encouraged, and ended up signing for the membership. The day after we looked into it and saw "scam" online tried to cancel and they wouldn't let us. Have been paying them since up until recently July this year

We bought into this program and told we would be getting quarterly payments that would be shared with all owners. This would start in December 2024 and allow us to pay off our investment instead there are no payments, we got several $50 hotel vouchers. Which just means you spend more money. I've gotten the run around for months, with no answers on why no quartly payments are behind paid out to the owners who purchase the VIP 2 and 4 bedroom units. Plus the villa that sleeps up to 8. Comes with a breakfast chef, and VIP transport in helicopter or limousine.

Unfortunately after reviewing the member docs and the online reservations I can only see 6 locations all in the DR. I was told I would have access to thousands of resorts all over the world all for the same service fee structure. I was clearly lied to. Your product and services were clearly misrepresented by the sales manager. The sales guy that showed us the properties locally was honest and didn't make any false claims that I can remember.
Everything we started with the sales manager has been unethical. So far Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Has Not met one part of the agreement except taking my money. The sales manager refused to provide the manual prior to signing, and neglected to inform me of the full cancellation policy, only telling me that I could cancel if I didn't like it. He didnt tell me or show me that it would cost over 2000.00 During our interaction he grabbed my phone and took over a session regarding a loan I did not ask him to help yet he proceeded to enter information on my behalf not allowing me to read what he was agreeing to, this was totally unethical. Regarding this disreputable and deceptive contract, In every country I have ever been to, seasons are a yearly event, the DR is the only place a season lasts 24 or more years this doesn't seem ethical.
The whole package has been misrepresented with deceptive practices with the intention to take advantage of a disabled potential member. I entered into this agreement in good faith not expecting to be taken advantage of. I have been repeatedly deceived and taken advantage of.
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club has not honored its side of the bargain in good faith.
Please cancel my membership application and refund all of my payments.
This would help me forget this horrible experience.
In the best interests of harmony, LHVC, and myself this is the best course of action.
I have a list of reasons to cancel the ones in this email are sufficient but if you need more reasons, I c

Recently went on first vacation out of country. While on vacation convinced to go on "tour" of resort which ended up being a trip to construction site and sales pitch to buy into club membership for a great investment opportunity. There were many facts not presented and misrespected to us at the time including time for cancellation only being four days. The salesperson said we could decide anytime to cancel if we wanted and we had told him both internet and cell service very bad at resort. We have been in contact with lifestyles and keep getting different stories and talking to different people. They had us initial a 36 page membership book with very little time to review and after looking over terms ridiculous such as will not discuss with third parties and if there is litigation will pays their legal fees (who would agree to this in their right mind?). We are trying at this point just trying to get out of the situation with losing as little money as possible and feeling taken advantage of while on vacation that we did not find to be relaxing at all.
