Broken agreement. Many facts during sales presentation turned out false. Discovered weeks and months after signing contract.

I am a victim of this company. As far as I know if there are a-lot of complains and actions against them they just end up filing bankruptcy. I hope I can get my money back.

I’m not going to into depth about this because my experience is very similar to what I’ve read from many other. Was given drinks to supposedly enjoy the “tour of the promises” was a complete lie, I never got a tour… instead they started to talk to me about this amazing membership, and after listing for a while I declined more than once, but every time I would they would bring out a “supervisor or manager”, after almost 2 hours and hearing them and worrying about my flight that I was about I miss I gave in and signed like a fool, later on once I actually got to read the contract I realized my initial gut feeling of saying no was right. Pure pressure and alcohol influence led me to make the big mistake of signing those papers.

LHVC is full of empty promises, tons of pressure, and impossible communication. Skeptically we deposited $33,000 on the last day of our vacation, as they reminded us that we could use the "3-day right of refusal" if we changed our minds, which we decided to do. Unfortunately, after the deposit and being back in the States it was impossible to reconnect. We even hired an attorney that was unable to connect with them. Never even got to use our Bonus week. Please include me in this petition.

Total bait and switch! I bought in 2015 with the understanding they would purchase my existing timeshare with HGVC they never did. Instead they “upgraded” my purchase. They do not communicate at all and the accounting department is off! They are currently trying to collect 11k from me through s collection agency AFTER they switched to third party billing without notice!

We live in Canada and this company has awful customer service that cannot help reserving accommodations that were supposed to be part of the membership. Holidays are more expensive than if we book through a regular travel company and we feel we have been cheated out of money we worked so hard to save. We would happily forego our membership to get even PART of our money back!

Supposedly this was partnered with an international travel group that would accept the membership at Lifestyles Vacation club, and give a discounted rate. Well we could never find but one place that actually would, and they treated us like we were there to tour their facility and but into that location! While at the Lifestyles resort with 5 other couples out Villa had a bad air conditioner , sales people constantly bothered us with pitches to buy, avoid this place!

I was lured to their property in cofresi puerto plata on 1216/2022 by one of their agents at the resort where I was staying, under the promise of a day pass in a sister property, but when I got there I was greeted by a saleswoman who started giving me spiked drinks and give me a 5 hour sales pitch while taking me around the property. I told them several times I wasn’t interested but he kept putting pressure and asking personal financial information

I believe in fairness in all things, if you are selling a product to people, be honest in what you are offer at each level/step. Especially, when it involves a lot of money.
