Stop Large Townhouse Development in Continental Park

Townhouses are a horrible idea for the neighborhood. The streets are congested enough without the proposed town houses. This is a family neighborhood not many like this left, everyday more and more people are speeding through the back streets. We are property owners at 9045 sw 81 ave and 9350 sw 81 ave. Don't mess up a good thing. Drive by this neighborhood on a saturday or sunday all the kids are always playing outside. Adelante!

The traffic from the Whole Foods is already too much

We have too much traffic already. Enough is enough.

The proposed change will be horrible for this community as the traffic will become even worse than it is now . We live at 8500 SW 91 Street, 33156

I live at 8265 SW 95th St 33156. Permitting this change in density will degrade the livability and value of the Continental Park neighborhood. I urge you to vote NO. Thank you.

My wife and I live at 7980 SW 108 St. More and more traffic is cutting through our neighborhood due to multiple schools that continue to expand their student count dramatically. The last thing we need is for more Estate zoned property becoming rezoned. Absolutely not. Thank You.

Please vote to keep the Master Plan as is. Increased density will add to the already congested Streets.

8200 SW 93rd Street This high density project is out of character for our neighborhood. It will start a domino effect and lower the quality of life that we expected when we bought into this community. There is already too much traffic and this request should be denied.

I am Monica Mandri, I live at 8201 SW 94 Street, the traffic on my street is already heavy with the development of the school. The relaxing of the existing zoning to allow this development is unacceptable. Enforce our code as it is!
