Do you want lots more traffic clogging your neighborhood? We don't want it in ours. Respect local governance, like you say you do, and abide by our wishes. Reject the petition to allow townhouse development in Continental Park.

I have lived in my home since March of 1965. I have watched the overbuilding of what was a sleepy, bedroom suburban community. That is the reason we bought here and Have chosen to stay!! We want to keep our community at a reasonable size-- development wise. The roads are almost impassable at this time. Density and office buildings line the perimeter area;. the hospital has developed greatly bringing additional traffic!! Please DO NOT CHANGE THE MASTER PLAN TO ALLOW THE DENSITY TO INCREASE & encroach on us here in the Continental Park Community any further!!!! Thank you!!!

I have lived at 9300 S. W. 80 Avenue since 1974. Please vote to keep the Master Plan as is! We do not need/or desire higher density.
