I am opposed to any intrusion to this single family residential area. The traffic congestion is out of control in the area already.

Traffic is a burden. Try 82nd Avenue at 7:30-9:00 am- it’s a parking lot

The traffic in our neighborhood is already a disaster. More neighbors equals catastrophe

In our neighborhood, we promote a healthy lifetime by providing outdoor activities with our children and grandchildren . By allowing townhomes to be built will mean more cars on the road and traffic and less safety for the children. Please deny the development of these townhomes and the change of zoning in order to help promote a healthy and safe neighborhood for the children.

I live at 8300 SW 96 St, Continental Park is already being overrun by speeding cars cutting through our streets seeking to avoid Kendall Dr and Galloway traffic. This problem is compounded by Riviera Prep School traffic zipping through our community. DO NOT CHANGE MASTER PLAN, we do not want more density, VOTE NO.

I am a 16 year resident at 9750 SW 84 Avenue in Continental Park. Our neighborhood cannot support this kind of development. We are already dealing with excessive traffic, noise and encroachment on our small community and this would add to more traffic speeding through our 1-square-mile residential neighborhood to avoid main streets. We do not need to change the master plan and open our small community to more of this. Changing the master plan would be a disaster for our property values since it would alter the character of our small neighborhood and negatively affect our quality of life there. Continental Park is also home to Kenwood Elementary and many families walk in there in the mornings when traffic is at its worst. The school abuts a natural protected area and more density would create more impact and pollution there as well. Please this request.

8220 SW 91st Street Riviera Prep School has already added hundreds of students and faculty who drive through our community as well as the cut through commuters seeking to avoid Kendall Drive. We do not need to increase the housing density especially with the thousands of new units being built around Dadeland North & South metro stations.

This project is contrary to the character of the Continental Park neighborhood, a single family residential community which is centered around children, schooling and a wonderful park. The added density would destroy the entire northwest corner of the community, which is already blighted with commercial properties, terrible traffic jams and intrusive swale parking.
