Stop Large Townhouse Development in Continental Park

I vehemently oppose this proposed development as it is detrimental to the area. Our traffic is already unbearable and this new development would further clog our roads. The presence of a Townhouse community would not be in keeping with the character of this neighborhood and the estate size lots/homes. Having lived in both single family homes and townhouses, I find the proposal to rezone this area a very bad idea. The area cannot support the additional traffic and other burdens that would result from such an increase in residents.

I am completely against this rezoning request. It would change the residential environment of our neighborhood completely.
