Whole Foods and the new shopping Center going up on the same location was done without consulting the area residents by Dade County. It has created a traffic mess for those who want to access US 1 from SW 104 ST going East. Most of the time one needs three or four lights to access to US 1. This condo construction and the zoning change will be adding more traffic and at the same time will open the possibility of constructing more condos by acquiring singe family properties and converting. I am absolutely against for zone changes and high density residences.
