Language is a basic human right however Deaf children are being deprived of this right in Manitoba due to inadequate services, including the closure of the MSD dorm. Deaf children residing in rural areas of MB have poor access to language models and Deaf oeers leaving them with minimal opportunities to acquire language. Thank you for bringing this critical issue to the attention of our schools and government
