Why dont the council use there money more sensibly. I have seen bus lanes that are in existance not being used by buses, ie orthern avenue, north rd.

You will have 2 lanes of traffic entering a blind lane and not being able to proceed, with the outer lane blocked by right turning traffic. The whole of the Caerphilly Road problems could be cured by the use of traffic wardens, and cost less.

Cardiff City centre is already too congested created by the bus lanes around around the castle. This extra bus route would exacerbate the situation further.

This bus lane must not go ahead, the congestion in that area at peak times is already chaotic, a bus lane would just be pure madness.

Bus lanes are a 'policy'/religion for Cardiff council (aka owner of Cardiff bus). They fail to measure the outcomes, and are anti driver. Bus lanes are wasteful for 90% of the time! especially at night. The manor way bus lane is a total failure - dangerous and generally not used by the buses on the road.

It would be disastrous for all traffic in this area. Drivers in Cardiff are subject to more than enough delays as it is.
