Stop Killing Beavers in Kingston

I think these guys get the raw end of the deal... we keep developing their space and they have no place to go. They are truly intelligent creatures and we need to respect them!

It's time for the city to invest in humane methods to deal with this issue.

Anything that helps wildlife over come human sprawl

If there are proven non-lethal methods then why not use them??

If there is any other means to resolve this problem without harming an animal...seems like a no brainer to me!!!

Surely an approach which does not kill the beavers is the humane way to address this problem!

I'm no bleeding heart but to put traps and kill them is so cruel. Especially when they likely have young ones at this time of year. Hire professionals to get the flow going under the beavers hones. This is the right thing to do.
