Please work to: Reinstate the previous noise abatement proceedures and fanned out departure flight paths. The flight noise is devastating! This new plan taks many steps backwards.

The noise is significantly worse since this plan was put into place. Please re-implement the old procedures to fly out over the ocean before turning left to go inland. I hear one right now!

I counted 36 takeoffs between 4:30 and 7:30 pm the other day. The noise is unbearable! My patio is covered is residue from the flights. At least when they went up the back bay it was more tolerable!

The change has been beyond troubling. It has seriously impacted, for the worse, our quality of life in our own home. Shame on you FAA.

The planes are too low and too noisy please for the neighborhoods. It starts at 7 AM and it's so annoying. Can't even vacation On Balboa Island or relax. It's just ridiculous. You can't even relax and enjoy yourself it's so noisy and so consistent the flight pattern and it's too early. Please take serious measures to consider the appropriate flight path for everyone concerned. Thank you very much

The noise is getting worse and my wife and I can't even enjoy being outside or leaving my window's open. And with this heat it's been horrible. I hope we can all win this fight.....

Newport is a resource. It should be nurtured, not exploited for $ and ruined for it's inhabitants. Why can't the airline get on board rather than mock "shusssh, we don't what to bother the rich people". Yes, I heard that one.

It is 10:14 pm and I am listening to a plane take off.... Regarding this petition, the noise has become so much worse than before, and the increase in dirt/ grime is substantial. I live in Eastbluff and I am greatly impacted. Please help!

Do the right thing. Keep planes over the water, not our homes.

Health concerns are my main issue. There are many studies with significant differences in child development and general health of a normal child or person compared to those of us breathing in the toxins from a Plane. Breathing in Jet Fuel and mental health issues, longevity and all around general health have been PROVEN to damage and alter ones quality of life. The idea that we are being told there are "no significant" findings from breathing in these CHEMICALS/ TOXINS daily (at the air to chemical ratio that it is currently at) is appalling. Even if I had no research to back me up, if you were to walk up to a stranger and tell them that it isn't harmful for children or any person to breathe in toxins.... That person would look at you like you've lost your mind. Please... Be considerate to us as people. Our health is at risk.

As a retired airline pilot, I have experienced noise control rules at several airports...even at JFK. Reasonable regulations are safe when carefully written with FLIGHT CREW INPUT, and help make our public happier and supportive.

I love at promontory point hand have noticed the increased noise level since spring, as I walk daily in my neighborhood and live right under the flight path . Intolerable noise and jet fuel grease all over cars and outdoor furniture , not to mention our lungs . Dangerous, unsafe and unhealthy

We have lived here in the bluffs for over 3 decades. Have never complained before, but we can really tell the difference lately. It's got to stop.
