It's a, disgrace treating the elderly in this manner, wat goes around comes around, the management of nursing homes are a pawn in a bigger sicker game, but they will be the ones with the karma, fools, sheep, and they think they are in charge. Wat idiots are they

Hi I went on newstalk with Kiera Kelly
In April saying they needed ppe ,
So many have died because of poor care ,
Dehydration, lack of food , my mum has lost half her body weight,
Crazy as mum had pneumonia last Christmas and lost no weight over the month ,
From 13 stone to 7 and a half ,
Remember demintia can only taste sugar ,
So telling me mum lost appetite is nonsense , to blame anything else ,
Letting mum sleep threw meals , having her awake all night where mum can not get food , I went to to the high court to get mum out in April but 2 Nd day in got covid , thank god mum was Asystematic ,
Now trying to keep mum all the time it’s abuse ,
I stay awake at night , thinking she could be hungry or thirsty or cold
Not fair at this stage of life cruel

Let visitors visit there loved one in all nursing home .let them wear protective gear. The elderly need to see family.

Our elders need company and stimulation as much as they need to be kept safe. Creative solutions needed ASAP
