This is very scary for anyone let alone a child. Parents should be called into school before any psychiatric intervention.

It sounds as if violations of a persons rights are being violated as well as parental rihhts! This sort of practice sounds barbaric and much like that of a police state or Nazi Germany. End this brutal form of control and employ better control, better communication and respect.

Our 15 year old daughter was taken from school in a police cruiser without our knowledge. She had been getting bullied for MONTHS and we had talked to school atleast 10 times...written statements. My dadaughter called me from her cell at school saying this kid was doing it right then. Called the school immediately and then the next thing I know I get a call from the police saying she was Baker acted and in the hospital in Dunedin.... We actually got her out that night after being refused to see her or speak to her. She was wrongly Baker acted by the SRO.

The Florida law which permits this behavior is outrageous and really should be repealed. It's time parents of America stopped going along with psychiatric and legislative lunacy.
