Why are you using medieval brutality like this on those whose lives have scarcely begun? What sort of State allows such viciousness in the name of mental help, please cease and desist and consign this practise to history where it belongs.

Children must not be taken away into a psychiatric hospital or ward without the consent of their parents. This is gruesome and wrong and has a very negative effect on the child and the family and our society as a whole.

This is inhumane and morally wrong. Let our children be students NOT mental patients.

This cannot be law. It's against the Constitution of the United States (as far as my understanding goes). People cannot be detained without their conservative and a child should not be allowed to be detained without parental consent. This cannot happen.

This is an open door for human rights violations on an hourly basis and must be stopped.

Anything short of this petition content is a violation of Human Rights and should not be condoned in a civilized society. Family is the building block of society.

A parent has the final right to decide what should happen with and to their child. NO government agency has rights over the parent.
