This is a human right to care for one's children. To have the state remove that right is a human rights violation and a slide toward communism. It is in communism where the state has control of the children above that of the parents. The USA was not a communist regime the last time I checked ! I am sorry but this is plain evil.

To allow our kids to be taken and put in a psychiatric institution of any institution is a violation of our human rights and is inhumane. There are so many things wrong with this, for this to be allowed sets a precedent that no one wants to deal with. Lets ask the ones passing the law if they would like their kids and grand kids and themselves locked up and forcibly put on mind altering drugs? Someone coming from another country would look at what we as a nation are allowing, including drugging children, they would hang their heads in shame! Have we lost our minds? This is a barbarism that has to be stopped at once. I was talking to an official from Dominican Republic one time, and told her what is going on, and she was in shock. I guess their country has not discovered the wonders of the poisonous drugging of their culture. They are also a poor nation so there is no one to hold hostage and no coffers to bilk. Poor cultures are not a target of the money grubbing drug dealing psychiatrists and their henchmen. Its behooves criminal politicians, drug dealers, and even nurses and parents to addict, and control their kids by forcing them into a vegetative state with these drugs. How insane can a culture get. And how can we stand by and let it happen without screaming bloody murder.

I disagree with the Baker Act. It is not constitutional. It violates my rights.

No way. Parental consent is a must.

It should absolutely require parental consent - I do not agree with forced and un-consented psychiatric "care" of children!

This is not okay! The parent should have the right to make this decision. Government stay out of the family business!
