Stop Imam Asim Hussain From Retreating As A Imam

Imam you have done Way more good than bad and Allah swt forgives you repented your matter is now with your lord ! Please continue as an imam as the world is a messed up place and alot of youth wil relate to this very situation so we need you back Insha Allah

It is right for Imam Asim to retreat from Islamic Duties and go seek knowledge and strengthen his imaan and connection with Islam. But make no mistake this does not mean he is a bad person at all. The devil is at work all the time even with those right at the very top of our communities like the scholars and imams. Those hating and making a mockery out of Imaam Asim should take note that you to sin and you to commit Zina even if it is looking at a woman and not having a physical interaction with her so take not you are and we all are sinners. Asim has repented to Allah and those who he hurt. If Allah forgives him who are we sinful human beings to not forgive him. Imaam Asim needs to rebuild his connection with Islam and InshaAllah he will bounce back and lead the deen once again

No one is going in your grave with you. I am grateful that I am a muslim, Alhamdulillah and that I have the chance to repent. Imam Asim has apologised but who am I to judge him... Tell me anyone who has not sinned...

Trust is trust... being an imam is hard in the west, admitting a mistake takes a lot of courage. That said (you) having access to some of the biggest imam’s in the UK, should have made (you / us all) think and stop or said this is not me please help!!! ...Who knows maybe you did ~ Allah Almighty know best.

If imam can leave his desires and lead the people I an more than happy for him to continue. Keep head up imam may Allah forgive you.

I am a student who has learnt from Imam Asim & Alhamdulliah he’s an amazing person , there is teachers whom Have done worse and not had anything taken from them , I fully believe this is a personal grudge , members of public from Birmingham have always had hate towards Imam Asim & majority of these people who are throwing insults are from Birmingham. This is totally wrong to tahrsway his title he has not committed a criminal offence, who is anyone to take away is livelyhood , these females should also know better to stay away from men instead of leading men on and then screaming rape

He should be given another chance.

He’s made a mistake but I doubt it to what people are accusing him for, no evidence just talks. He’s done a lot for society and it’s time we stand with him.

We should have the sin not the sinner, therefore imam asim should remain as an imaam, and also carry on with his good work for the youngsters

Regardless of what he's done or not we are not to judge everyone deserves a second chance.

He has made a tremendous contribution to our society.

We are all humans and make mistakes. Allah is the one who forgives even if a person does a sin over and over again. Who are we to hold imam saab accountable wen we are much worse. Hate the sin not the sinner. May Allah guide us all to the straight path. Ameen

The brothers wrongdoings need to be covered not exposed, and indeed Allah is Al -Ghafaar who will erase every lastvsign of wrong action from the brother. I pray this torment the brother has been put through is the purification from whatever wrong he may have committed and he returns to His lord with the nobility his good actions deserve.
