As a grandmother of two Ankeny elementary students, I see how they are NOT learning under this model and actually have more risk of exposure to Covid at available daycare options. Please put them back in their classrooms full time.

Safe full time return for students, teachers need to be teachers, if you don’t want to be there go on line only that includes teachers and students.

I've changed my daughter to private school this year due to the lack of in person schooling.

Grandmother of two children in Ankeny schools. There is a great need for children to be back in the atmosphere that the schools give.

Time for the school board to be held accountable for their actions and partisan behavior towards NOT letting kids attend school full time. The board is allowing fear and lack of hard data to drive their delays as well.

Our children need to be in school full time! Their mental health is being place in jeopardy by virtual learning.

Hybrid does not work for our family. My children need in person school. Bottom line. No amount of technology or virtual resources can make up for the 50% learning they are currently receiving.

My kindergartner is missing out on the huge amount of social learning that typically occurs in kindergarten. He needs the daily structure and guidance provided only in a classroom setting. Or childcare expenses have skyrocketed and we can't continue to sustain this financial burden.
