On the brink of BLACK HISTORY MONTH, in the wake of the late Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday there is BREAKING NEWS for the sake our sweet land of liberty, regardless of our partisanship or gender or creed or nationality, let us send a strong message to Congress, the Supreme Court, the White House, the Department of Justice based on what two Federal Judges said writing on American soil.  "WE WILL NOT GO BACK" The sole African American real estate developer on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida, suffered great loss by the hands of these two judges who stated that "The Roys (African Americans) own property in an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED"  and, immediately declared that they lost all their rights to own, to live, to do commerce, furthermore they lost their vested property rights, their Estoppel rights, their fundamental rights, even their human rights.  The message from these two Judges seems to say "WE DARE YOU LIVE, OWN and MARKET in our area that historically has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED.  Such area iis hostile to blacks as the US census bureau pointed out in FY2000 confirmed by the Federal Judges in Norther Florida and they wanted the Roys to pay those who hurt them which is a servitude concept drawn from slavery.  There are more than Nine Billion websites beaming on the TEN ALLEGED FRAUDS UPON THE COURT as discovered by the real estate developer.
