This is Washington D.C not caring for what Wyoming citizens truly want. Liz Cheney is pushing her own agendas. Following in the exact footsteps as daddy.

The areas affected by HR 6939 are areas in Wyoming that I have never visited, but have them on my list. Wyoming biggest attriebute is its wide open spaces. These are places that you cant put a dollar amount on. How many places, can you see herds of deer, elk and antelpe travel in herds in the lower 48, this is what will bring Wyoming in the forefront in the future. Please keep this place the way it should be, this will continue to build our tourist industry which build our future economy. I dont believe this is what Wyomingites want, it is what Ms. Cheney wants for her own agenda. Dont ruin Wyoming.

Our wild lands is what defines Wyoming and gives purpose to those of us who have chosen it as our home.

Stop this bill. We need wilderness.

Our Wyoming legislators want to giveaway our precious public lands ..please do what you can to preserve and protect the wild and wonderful public lands in Wyoming .

No on rollback. We need to protect land for future generations. !!

Please vote against HR 6939 and continue to protect Wyoming's wild lands for future generations. These wild places are habitat for wildlife and provide special places for solitude & recreation. They are also one of the things that make Wyoming an attractive place for tourism.

Please keep our public lands public!

I have visited, hunted and fished in several of the WSA's, most frequently in the Ferris Mountain area and can categorically state that these areas are some of the most spectacular wildlife and vista rich locations in Wyoming. The fact that the US is currently exporting both oil and gas and has not fully utilized its uranium and other ore reserves is able evidence that opening up these WSA's is both reckless and unnecessary.

I love Wyoming's wilderness. There is so much beauty and diverse landscape and fantastic places to see and experience nature and wildlife. You can't take away nature and turn it into development. There is enough of that everywhere else in the country. Please protect the wilderness and do not pass HR 6939!

These lands are vital to Wyoming! Cheney needs to keep her rich, carpet-bagging hands off of them!

No to Liz Cheney's ill-advised, poorly written, eco-distructive HR 6939. The Resolution had no public hearings to learn public concerns and and strips WSA protection from current and potential WSA lands on public lands managed by BLM and Forest Service. For a spectacular August night, take your sleeping bag, possibly a lawn chair and a good friend, Find a hill or peak with one of the many 360 degree viewpoints and settle back to enjoy the "starry night" filled with meteor showers galore, Susan W Newell Billings. The Red Desert is a crown jewel landscape on a national level. Its Wilderness Study Areas have little commercial value but are priceless for their scenery and wilderness attributes. Leave the WSAs alone.

Wyoming’s greatest resource is our wild public lands. Protect them, don’t destroy them! And don’t forget these are NATIONAL lands that belong to all Americans. We have laws in place that allow public participation in planning for these lands. HR 6939 eliminates the opportunity for the public to have a say in how OUR public lands are managed and protected. It’s anti-conservation and anti-democratic.

These lands are precious in their natural state -- or close to natural state. I have lived in Wilson, Wyoming for 25 years, and I am asking that HR 6939 NOT be passed.

Keep public lands in public hands!

I recreate in the red desert and have run races around the boars tusk and played on the kilpecker sand dunes. There was not a public meeting for me to voice my concerns and this land is important to me and a major reason why I live in Wyoming.
