Not every piece of land needs to be opened up for grazing and drilling. The wild horses have been removed and now we are supposed to allow the destruction of our beautiful wild areas in our state? Not everything is about money Rep. Cheney. Maybe you should remember the people of this state and not cater to big oil, gas and ranchers.

Climate Change is the single most important issue of our time, and destroying wildlands and wildlife will only perpetuate the issue

Wyoming has been bullied by the energy industry for too long. It is a place of great beauty that needs protection from greed. We have all seen the boom and bust cycle destroy our economy every few years and we will not take it anymore. It is time for the rise of the recreational tourism economy where beauty is appreciated rather than destroyed and sold to the highest bidder who doesn't care one bit about the land they are raping.

This is a travesty! You just can’t wait to screw up more and more of our planet. I realize WY has 3 electoral votes that are being re-engineered to have no votes, the mineral rights taken away from land your Great grandfathers homesteaded to leave to their families. I understand you outdoorsmen like your hunting rights you may want to do more hours of researching info shared than FB time you may learn how ,who, where & so much more. It will open your eyes & see that all politicians must be looked at closely. They do work for us the American people. Instead of bitching about everything, zip your mouth & act on things . That’s the only way for change. find ways to work together for common good. We are all stuck on this ball of dirt I fondly refer to as the perfect planet & just how there is no forthought of what the consequences of all our toxic waste.

Rep. Cheney's bill is anti-democratic, anti-public policy, anti-wilderness and worst of all anti-American. Wilderness belongs to all Americans, not her cabal. HR6939 cannot be allowed to pass.

This bill is bad for Wyoming. Sneaky back door drafting of a bill that will take public lands away from the people and put it in the hands of Big Oil and others who wish to turn beautiful, protected, public lands into personal profit. Leave Wyoming the way it is Cheney, no matter who's paid you off or how willing you are to put personal gain ahead of what's right.

I oppose this bill. I also am appalled at how corrupt Liz Cheney has shown herself to be. She is obviously getting a lot of money from energy and mining corporations to sell off our public lands. She is a disgrace to women.

BLM protected public lands are my go to place to get away from the city, the traffic, the noise, the smell---and find a moment of peace & quiet and inspiration. Typically I frequent the edges of protected land, but look into the heart of the WSA knowing that it's untrammeled habitat, not full of roads, houses, drill pads, etc. It's the will of the majority of people to keep these lands wild. We need to have our voices heard.
