There are already too many HMOs on this street causing overcrowding for parking. My elderly mother with walking difficulties cannot park anywhere near her home anymore and will now need to apply for a disabled space, which will cause more parking restrictions for residents.

Parking is inadequate now and will get worse and we have enough issues with anti-social at present which could lead to house price devaluation

lived in Willis street for 53 yrs.10 yrs ago some guy tried to do it next door to us but we got letters from the council and myself and the neighbour on the other side went from door to door for signatures and got it stopped. To me these builders are greedy. I am next door but one that has just finished converting. also it takes value off your property .

From what Iv seen an heard this hmo as been made up by deceiving the planning department an is not what it’s meant to be. An is unfair on the residents of the street for many reasons

I think it's ridiculous there's people who can't get on the property ladder and there the people who are causing it. When will common sense ever prevail

The area is already overpopulated with trouble parking. These HMO’s can’t even be filled either!!

HMO dwellings currently overshadowing local area, traffic issues, safety issue for emergency vehicles due to parked cars already, neighbouring streets HMO s causing refuse n fly tipping n rats brought rats last year, loss of community when many flats empty in town centre

There is already an issue with loss of community, parking, overcrowding, shortage of GP cover, dentists. I also think it is a cruel practice to convert small houses into tiny bedsits

HMO should be purpose built and not converted from 2 bedroom family houses. This causes additional parking issues and noise issues in family neighbourhoods.
