This needs to be stopped immediately, the streets in the area are parked bumper to bumper with cars vans trucks and even cherry pickers,it’s time these greedy landlords are told where to go with their hmos, communities are being destroyed and people are fearful of walking around the streets alone, rubbish is being dumped everywhere, wbc need to listen to the residents of the area it’s not fair for people who have bought their homes and then one of these monstrosities are thrown up next door !!

No to HMOs. These are houses not flats. Parking is terrible in this area

No to HMOs. These houses should be kept as family homes. The parking in the area is really bad. Not fair on the younger generation trying to buy a property as they are just gonna get outbid by these landlords

There seems to be no consideration being given to the residents in the area. These houses should be available for families. Absentee landlords eg Luelle who have submitted multiple applications are just out to make money and have no thought for the local areas/people they are affecting

These houses and the streets there on are not able to take the impact of more traffic and the houses big enough for so many people not fair to the people who have lived in there houses for years and will start de valuing there properties

Not enough parking and the new build in the roof space takes light away from my garden.

No small terraced houses should be converted into HMO’s, the roads/streets are overcrowded with cars and parking for residents is difficult without HMO’s and multiple drivers in one house plus the extra noise created by multiple people in one house.

This street is close to my heart growing up visiting my nana from the 1960’s up until the 80’s after which my brother moved in to that street …. These are family homes and not meant for HMO - the streets are already jammed with cars so these HMO’s will make it a nightmare for residents etc please consider this !?

Do not appreciate the builders lying to me and my partner about it not being a HMO, the only information we received was a letter through the door asking for planning permission to turn it from a 6 to 7 person HMO. There has been no consideration for the people that live on this street, we all already struggle enough to park our cars living across the road from a community centre. There is already another HMO up the street which has already received noise complaints and caused havoc with parking, they are now building another HMO round the corner as well, we are overcrowded and this isn't fair.

Insufficient infrastructure to support these conversions.

This street is struggling with overcrowding for parking as it is. We were not informed prior to building that it was going to be a HMO. Now they want permission for 7 people? It's a joke.

No happy as not told when building this was happening and there will be no where to park. This needs sorting as this will disturb the whole street.
