This has been there since I was little and it is doing no harm then and still is !! Highland council should have a look at themselves and maybe reconsider about the tilting pier instead of the good old jolly butcher

I seem to be saying this a lot, Highland Council being ridiculous yet again.
Obviously someone has to much time on their hands, perhaps these people's jobs need cut to save us money and stupidity!

I have lived in Inverness for over 40yrs the butcher is a landmark and should be left to stand where he is, maybe the council should take away the monstrosity the built at the top of Chirch st that cost tax payers a fortune

What the feck are the council thinking of??? This just a ploy to distract our attentions from the shambles that is the tilting pier that they seem so desperate to install regardless of all the opposition to it or is it to distract our attention from the lack of focus from them on the best location for the new prison which they don't seem overly concerned about where it goes, welcome to HMP Highlands gateway to the Highland's and islands. Bloody idiotic Beauracratic pen pushing fools sitting behind desks treating the public as though we will focus only on one item at a time, get it right Highland's council

Very petty behaviour by Highland Council, the statue does no harm or cause offence to anyone.
