I think the jolly butcher should stay. It has been there for at least 30 years. I think the Council should spend more time on getting the roads in Inverness fixed, the town is looking awful and the butcher brightens it up. Looks very continental.

This has been part of the street since before we moved to Inverness in 1986. Our children grew up seeing it, and now our grandchildren enjoy seeing it. Do not take away our memories.

We being going to this butcher for 3 generations, my daughter Hollie is 3years old and she loves going to butcher and seeing the butcher man outside, she know most of the staff in butcher and love her pork and apple burgers , so please don't remove him he belongs their

Taking the character from Inverness and wasting money on pointless eyesore bridge! Highland council need to sort themselves out and stop paying themselves so much money for bugger all productive work.
