With the VA, two new medical office buildings off 22 and 42 plus 4 schools the amount of traffic encroaching on tiny Her Lane is disturbing. I’m very worried about emergency vehicles reaching their destination in a timely manner.

Haven't you done ENOUGH damage to our area (with FOUR schools in a mile area) by allowing the VA to build there????? NO MORE TRAFFIC!!!!!

The traffic and urbanized issues with this area are already pushing the patience and quality of life that most residents of this area moved here to avoid. We need rural districts too…this is a huge encroachment on our area. Zoning is supposed to protect against this type of ugly urban sprawl. Clean up what was destroyed by earlier urban sprawl before extending this destructive trend even farther! Preventing sprawl has yo be done at the Planning snd zoning Commission. People’s homes should be their refuge…not some experiment in political social or developmental think tank that usually does not directly affect those making the decisions!

I am against the zoning request change on Herr Lane. With the new VA center the traffic will be a mess. This area will look like Hurstbourne Lane soon with overdevelopment.

There is far too much traffic on Herr Lane and will be worse with the new VA hospital. We do not need apartments/condos across from Ballard HS.

Stop the reasoning! If you live in this area you already know the traffic is out of control. Studies that were done several years ago have NO relationship to todays traffic!
