The roads are not able to accommodate the planned growth. My question is how can all of the local residents see this and the planning commission and developers can’t? The road is ALREADY too crowded for the existing traffic. Let’s use some common sense when planning for any growth.

Is there no end to the destruction of our neighborhoods. I hated that the city merged with the county and this is why. I can't get out of the subdivision now what will it be when the Vet Hospital and 700 units of Apts are built. Why does progress mean neighborhood destruction?

Herr Ln can’t stand anymore traffic! Please do not approve further rezoning! We have been residents of Graymoor Devondale for over 35 years. Enough is enough. We can barely get out of the subdivision.

Herr Lane is beyond overwhelmed and the severe traffic backup & congestion between Rudy Lane and Lime Kiln Lane/Herr Lane is maddening in the morning and afternoon. Bumper to Bumper and there’s no where to go.

NO to any high density development at the intersection of Herr Lane and Rt 22. With the coming of the VA Hospital just further down the road, this intersection will not be able to safely handle the traffic

This is TOO congested; too many housing units, way too much traffic, for the area. There are FOUR schools in close proximity to this proposed new development. School buses and car traffic for schools, both adults and students vehicles, will be held up with the additional traffic congestion. It will also affect those of us off KY22 who use Herr Lane to get to Westport Road. The adverse impact on all of us should be considered and this project should be scrapped or scaled WAY back.
