I say NO to this development because of all the other building going on. The roads are too narrow and the area congested as it is! We need a light to get out of our subdivision as it is!

This area is a traffic disaster now. When the VA Hospital is up and running, traffic will be drastically increased. This housing development project cannot go forward.

This will Adversely affect property values, increase traffic, increase auto emissions pollutant’s from increase traffic on an already congested road, endanger children who travel to and from the FOUR schools that have to travel Here Lane.
We will already have a horrendous traffic overload and the new VA Hospital added even more to a Very congested corridor.

I oppose the Herr Lane Zoning change. We already have a lot of traffic on Herr Lane during the daylight hours and definitely don’t need a rezoning which would complicate the traffic even more! I see no positive outcomes for the residents in this area for this zoning change!

I would like to see all the proposed road improvements for Herr Lane in place before anymore development is approved by the Board. Hagan properties states they plan to begin construction on this project and Providence Point across from Ballard in early 2023. When will KYTC begin construction on Herr Ln improvements? Does Hagan have to money and loans to build both projects at once? I hate to see single family lots changed to multi family. I plan on attending the hearing

The Veterans Hospital is already going to impact our neighborhood negatively especially adding more traffic. Often cheaper housing built and lowering the value of existing homes follow. Please do not allow this to happen here.
