This development will negatively affect the entire neighbourhood. A smaller condo development of two stories would fit the neighbourhood. Removal of the trees is unacceptable. This is not the right development.

Should only be 2 stories high and access should be via Henderson just like the other condos north of this proposed development.

This would have a negative effect on this quiet neighbourhood, increasing urbanization and decreasing property values on our small neighbourhood.

It would reduce the value of homes in the neighborhood.

Awful proposal, not only for the residents of Bredin Drive but for the community and city of Winnipeg. This proposal has too many negative effects and should have never even reached this stage of consideration. Setting an extremely poor precedent for future development for the City of Winnipeg.

I oppose this development for several reasons. 1.The appearance, the setback is not enough for all four sides. the height, especially in light of the deficient setback, the lack of handicap parking, 2. Difficulty for firefighter to access the building - in front and behind. 3. Snow - where is it to be stored until it is carted away, and it will need to be removed from the parking lot. 4.Parking - will there be handicap parking? How to access the building if the person uses a walker - there doesn't seem to be enough room for a ramp from the parking lot! 5. Bredin Drive - Increased congestion from drivers, especially visitors. Where will they park? access the building site? Especially during construction there will be more large trucks, carrying building materials, and requiring off loading. Once occupied, the owners will need parking for themselves , visitors, and deliveries. As someone recently relegated to using a cane and having difficulty walking, even a short distance, I am concerned that I won't be able to visit on of my best friends as readily as I can now. Somedays, I have had to park quite a distance from her house, and I can only guess how difficult the parking will be if construction goes ahead! 6. The backlane will be hard to access once garbage in figured into the the problem.

I oppose further condo development on Henderson as it will negatively affect my neighbourhood, parking. Part of the draw to Bredin/Roosevelt is the small, quiet area which will be negative impacted by further condominium development.

New development in established neighbourhoods should flow and harmonize with the existing homes / structures; and not negatively impact the current infrastructure and neighbourhood. New development proposals should not be considered on the basis of maximizing the profit of the developer's pocketbook.

The proposed condo development will be a scourge on our quiet enclave. As a resident of Bredin Drive, I do not want anymore condo developments around my street. The two that were approved and built on Henderson next to the proposed site are ugly monstrosities that do not fit in with the single-family home neighbourhood. There is no more room for the vehicles that would come with this project. This encroachment on our beautiful little enclave must stop now. City councillors — Jeff Browaty and Jason Schreyer — must stop developers from ruining our neighbourhood.

This development proposal will significantly compromise the character, the integrity and the function of an established neighbourhood. This proposal should not be approved.

Too much traffic and the proposed building paves the way for more tall structures in the area. If that continues there'll be no more sunrise!

We live across Henderson so it won't affect us as much but I want to stand in solidarity with my neighbours. Two condos is enough!

People are already parking there cars on our streets like as it is a carpool area and taking up parking spots, and they take the Bus down town, and we already can't park our own car on the street. Maybe the city should install limiting parking signs up.
