Certainly not. Security is a major concern in our community and it threatens the social and economic growth in the Post-Katrina era. We cannot afford to have potentially problematic entities to house such operations.

I planning on purchasing a home in N.O. east real soon. With this kind of business going on I might be changing my mind. Build it in mid-city near the new jail and new hospital.
