I would see this every time I walk out my front door because of where my home is and I don't think I would like that. We moved out here to get away from all of that

This is an Albatross. School Board should not be raising money this way. It seems a way for tower companies to avoid property tax

I am opposed to the Rezoning for Cell Tower at Greenbrier Middle School for the following due for the following reasons: • No Cost Benefit Analysis to drive selection process • Insufficient vetting of Cell Tower’s impact to the surrounding community’s Tax base and design structure • Insufficient detail in scope of petitioners changes to the Cell Tower as number of clients are added • Lacks acknowledgement of Hazards and risks Alternate Sites - No sign of or feel for “Best Business” practices No comparative data to show cost effectiveness / efficiencies of Cell Tower at this location Vetting of Cell Tower’s impact – Approved rezoning will produce a revenue generating (Business) parcel. • Will this revenue be subject to taxes? • Will this revenue be used to offset property taxes? • How will this revenue be used? Opaqueness in design of the Cell Tower in the residential community of Riverwood Plantation is vague at best. • As the Petitioner adds new client users, how will the design / look be changed? • Is there a limit as to the number of user/clients to be added to the Cell Tower? • Has there been or will there be design stipulations to ensure current and future opaqueness of the Cell Tower? Hazards and Risks – • If there were no Hazards and Risks to Cell Towers they would not have the warning signs posted at their locations. • Government and Corporate assurances that Hazards and Risks are minimal to non-existent should not lull us in to compliancy. The past has shown us that discarded / altered or selected data is lurking in every decision. o Vietnam – Agent Orange o Gulf War - Tungsten depleted munitions / burning oil fields o Toxic Dump sites – Ft. Gillem GA. / Weldon Springs MO. BOTTOM LINE: Approval of the Rezoning means accepting responsibility for the outcomes (implied an unintended) of the Cell Tower at Greenbrier Middle School. As an individual I would not approve this rezoning request as submitted

This is too close to a school grounds, greed can't be the factors deciding to put a cell tower near a school, I know the dangers that this will cause first hand.

I don't believe the leasing of public property to commercial interests to raise money for our schools is the best way to conduct BOE revenue generation. If the BOE requires revenue, it should be addressed to the citizens of the county through regularly scheduled meetings and/or the school board should do a full budget review to reduce costs. In addition, there is a body of evidence that suggests that cell towers detract from property values and the overall quality of life for a community when built in their midst.

I am opposed to a cell tower near the Greenbrier schools or the nearby residential area. There are proven health risks and it is unsightly and will devalue property.

The tower needs to be further away from the schools. Plus it should be a stealth tower. I.e. Mono-pine.

Cell Towes emit electromagnetic fields that have been proven to be harmful. It is not a good idea placing one so close to children.

This will devalue our property, plus being this close to schools is absolutely absurd.

Scott, unfortunately the schools are not subject to the Riverwood covenants, so that's why we have to fight it this way.
