If you haven't read the NHS Cass Review about the ideological capture of the Tavistock you need to do so, as you are making exactly the same errors they did. You are putting ideology before safeguarding, teaching & child development practices.
You are using applied queer theory driven books to ceed the ideas into young children minds that they shouldn't listen to their own instincts about safety, that biological sex is not real, that they may be playing with the wrong toys & their body might need correcting. You excuse this by saying you are breaking stereotypes, but the reality is you are reinforcing both homophobic stereotypes of gay men not being real men & misogynistic parodies of women as nothing more than brainless objects.
In addition, exposing children to hyper sexualised behaviour is a massive safeguarding red flag.
