The size of this building is over shadowing all structures in the neighborhood. Disrespectful and damaging to the neighbors, property values around this structure and to quality of life. This is a downtown or uptown commercial district structure. WE DO NOT WANT THIS CONSTRUCTION. STOP DESTROYING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Parking is already a problem in this area. Developer needs to provide more off street parking for that many units.

I’m most upset by the fact that they think they don’t need parking and I’ve heard over and over that younger people aren’t using cars....I live in a 4-plex on the block where all residences are 2 car household millennials. 10 spaces for that many units is not enough and there is not enough street space to support the additional cars.

I live 2 blocks from this project. It seems like it does not conform to current or projected requirements for our neighborhood. I'm all for more density; it is generally more eco. But I am against developers getting to do whatever they want with no regard for the neighborhood.

Such a mistake! Winter time parking is bad enough especially for elderly residents who have a devil of a time when single side of street parking is in effect. It isn't fare.
It will ruin the neighborhood.

As an important bus route for commuters and students Grand Ave is already a problem street that is not wide enough and is already packed with parked cars.

The proposed development of Fullerton Flats is not acceptable.
The building structure is too large for the block. The parking request is NOT possible with a block that already has limited parking; i.e. think winter and one-side parking!

This is a bad idea, taking green space away, no place for 23+ to park their cars, this is MN they will all have at least one car and no affordable housing. Shame, it's all about developer greed.

That's far too many apartments for such a small piece of land. All of the additional cars parked on the street will choke it off, especially in winter.

Please STOP the over development of residential neighborhoods! Grand Avenue between 47th and 48th Street is already full of parked cars, how can a developer possibly justify building a huge, out of scale apartment building like this and not provide any parking? Is he going to only rent to bussers, bikers, or what?

I agree this is completely inappropriate for this neighborhood. This development would never pass under the new 2040 plan, which is already plans for aggressive . And with no affordable housing this is just a money maker for the developer at the expense of the community.
