As someone who has grown up with many cats and my mother taking in cats without homes and also one poor kitty has been knocked by a car and sadly died and noone owned up I am definitely supporting this petition!

It's devastating not knowing what's happend to your cat and your left to think that they died at the road side by themselves. This needs to be corrected. Cats need the same respect as dogs.
